Honoring the Preeminent Value of the Person

How to Ensure People Are Seen, Known and Valued

Shared this earlier as a podcast post, but for those who would prefer to watch the latest post instead of listen, here you go!

In this latest episode of The Catholic Leadership Puzzle, we focus upon the importance of the idea of honoring the preeminent value of the person.

This means that we are helping each person involved in our ministry, community initiative, or workplace project to become their best selves and in the process, makes the respective ministry, initative or project better.

Steps can be taken to create such an environement—leaders knowing their people; every person knowing how they are part of the team; each individual knowing what their role is as part of the larger whole; and the entire team knowing one another.

Combined together, these steps create an environment where all people are seen, known and valued, and the preminent value of the person is honored.
